Pricing
The build is $500, and nothing on Scale — that is the only upfront number and there is not a second one. After that it is month to month, and the website is yours either way.
Why it costs what it does. There is no office, no account manager, no sales team and nobody to bill you for a phone call. It is me. The price is what the work costs, not what it costs to run an agency around the work.
For a shop that just needs its front door kept working
Care
$150/mo
Some shops should not be buying marketing. If the phone is busy and you just need the website to stay alive and not quietly break, this is that and nothing else.
I do not pitch this one. I would rather have a shop on $150 that is right than on $450 that is not. You can move up whenever the bays have room.
$500 build. Month to month. You keep a full copy of the site.
For a shop that wants more customers
Growth
$450/mo
Get found, get the call, and know what to do next. Your SEO, your website and your Google ads, run for you — and once a month we sit down and plan the next move.
Software waits to be used. This is somebody using it.
$500 build. Month to month. Leave whenever you like and you keep a full copy of the site.
For a shop opening new markets or locations
Scale
$1,000+/mo
Win each new market, not just show up in it. Everything in Growth, planned, built and run across every area and every shop you run.
This is for a business that is moving. If you have one shop and one town, Growth is the right plan and I will tell you so.
No build fee. Month to month. Leave whenever you like and you keep a full copy of every site.
Growth, bought apart
Every line is the lowest published price I could find for that piece on its own, checked October 2026, with the source named so you can check it too. Untick anything you would never buy — the total is yours, not mine.
Every month
One time
Also on the plan, left out of this sum: hiring posts written for you and a careers page on your site. Nobody sells that on its own at a price worth printing.
Bought apart
/mo
+ one time
Growth, with me
$450/mo
+ $500 build, once
Same pieces. One person. One number. The gap is not a discount — it is what you are not paying for: the office, the account manager and the sales team around the work.
Every number here is the bottom of its published range, so the real gap is wider than this one.
Every plan but Care includes the monthly growth meeting, because a website nobody looks after goes stale inside a year. It is the part an agency does not do, and the reason this is monthly rather than one big build and a handshake.
Straight answers
Most of the time the tactics were not the problem — nobody was actually on the hook for the result. Start with the free audit. If I go through your six steps and nothing is badly broken, I will tell you that, and it will have cost you nothing.
The site and your Google listing go live in the first couple of weeks. Search takes longer. For the one shop I have eleven weeks of numbers on, a dead domain turned into 223 clicks from Google and 56 quote requests — but that is what happened for him, in his town, and I am not going to promise you the same.
No. Month to month, cancel when you like, and the website is yours either way — on your own domain, not rented back to you.
Your logo, photos of your real work, and about twenty minutes a month for the meeting. If you have none of that I will come and take the photos. I do not need you to learn any of this.
Possibly, and I would tell you before I did. I work with shops all over the country rather than one per town, so I am not going to promise you an exclusive that I would then have to police. What I will promise is that I do not share what I learn in your shop with anybody, and that I will not take on a second shop in your town without telling you first. If that is a dealbreaker, say so early and I will respect it — but I would rather be straight about it now than sell you a rule I do not actually run.
Then you stop paying me. There is no contract holding you and you keep the website, which is also why I would rather tell you nothing is wrong than sell you a plan you do not need.
